    We went through the drive through and ordered one sandwich and one fry. I pulled around to one car at the window in front of me. Then proceeded to wait for 13 minutes for that car to get their food. When I pull up to the window I pay for my order. Then as I am saying how this food should be done since we waited forever already, they then come to the window and ask me to pull forward. This is 16 minutes in the drivethrough for one sandwich and one fry. No. I will not pull forward I need a refund. This is the 3rd time at Benton Harbor Arby's we have had a terrible experience.

    Awesome Arby's! I drive by 2 Arby's to go to this one because the food is fresher and you get whole pieces of roast beef not scraps. Friendly staff too!!
