  I would sometimes come here early in the morning and be able to get a good breakfast- early morning staff are usually good! However, I came here the other day and was trying to order through the drive thru only to be told to order inside, which is a first. I understand if they are busy or maybe short staffed, but I just ended up going somewhere else for lunch instead since I was on a bit of a time crunch. Other times I've been here, my order is usually correct, but I have switched locations of my usually Wendy's to avoid this one due to how many times I've had my order messed up (usually during the evening or night time). Overall, this place is usually a hit or miss for me.

  My mother ordered a chicken sandwich from this location. She couldn’t even bite into the chicken. It was completely hard and filled with grizzle. We attempted to call the location and inform the manager. She was very unhelpful. The only response we got was “we changed the chicken”. No, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, or we will replace it, we will remove it until we get a new batch…nothing. I will never return to this location. Wendy’s has definitely gone downhill. Do better with your customer service and food. I’m wasting money on something that’s not edible.

  Food was okay, but I arrived at 12:02 in drive through, didn't move for 12 minutes, gave up, went inside, nobody in front of me, 30 more minutes to a fish sandwich and potato. Staff nice, but no sign of management.

  i unfortunately have always had awful experiences here. it is evident the staff does not care at all. everytime something is wrong or takes incredibly long or both.
