  This place disappointed me so badly first we called and placed a delivery they try to say my dad card didn’t go thru and on our end it went through and they kept telling us it didn’t go through but it took the money from our card and they kept telling us our card decline after 20 minutes they finally said it went through and everything was fine I got a message saying my DoorDash is on the way and when he got here I gave him a tip he said I’m supposed to be getting 42 dollars and I said no I have already paid and the dasher was nice so nice he didn’t know what was going on this was Pizza Hut fault I’m sorry but you guys need better people the person on the phone wasn’t even getting anything right this really disappointed me and than I got the food the breadstick was the wrong kind it was not warm at all the pepperoni pizza taste like wet dogs everything just disappointed me

  This message is for the owner of this pizza hut in Belleville MI off of 94 n Rawsonville rd. I had a worst customer experience at this store on March 19th 2026. We have ordered the pizza from this place many times before n had no issues. I've been hearing about the $10 deal going on at pizza hut on line. So my husband n I decided to try out. Made a phone call around 5 pm n asked about the $10 deal that was going on. The employee said yes it is still going on, so we ordered the pizza. We asked several times the deal was real before hanging up the phone, n the employee said yes. When we got to the store to pick up the pizza, person at the register said that deal was not available and we couldn't have it for the deal that was promised. I said, that's not a good business practice n they should honor the deal. The man at the register yelled at my husband, 'so you never make a mistake', and point his index finger towards the door to get out saying he had an attitude. The man at the register was very rude and I felt threatened by the way he spoke to us. I don't know what was going on with the man at the register but clearly he is not trained well to work with the customers. So owner of this establishment, please take the responsibility of training your employees to have better people skills for the future customers.

  My wife and I usually order the same pan pizza for $20.12 and it's great! April, the girl who usually works in there is really kind. So is everyone there I have ever encountered until today unfortunately. After today, we will never ever go to this place again because, They were having a deal for $10 any Large, any topping pizza that when we arrived to pick it up, after verifying 4 times to make sure that was the same deal, and it was definitely Not a mistake, (once by my wife and three times by me) they confirmed it 4 times over the phone, Now suddenly that was never the deal explained to me by the older man behind the counter. He said it was a mistake. OK,if it was a mistake but, I told him it was not a mistake because we repeated this order and made them repeat it back to us 4 times! I made them assure me it was not a mistake even telling them, "Wow, that's a great deal (over the phone), because I always order this exact pan pizza for $20." So, after the guy behind the counter would not honor the deal and said No that is not a deal, I walked out to our vehicle to ask my wife to confirm what we ordered to the man, and the price we ordered it for. Also, that we were assured and told 4 times "Yes your large pan pizza order is confirmed and at the $10 price." He then told my wife I had an attitude brcause I told him 4 times confirming the order is not a mistake? Unbelievable. I am in a neck brace after having a serious injury and I never have an attitude but, now I do after he accused me of this lie. I am not a liar or a thief! I hate liars and thieves. I am a man of my word which is hard to find theses days. It's too bad I didn't get the service I deserved. Oh well. I will drive far out of my way gladly to avoid that guy and that Pizza Hut on Rawsonville rd. from now on.
