    Just remodeled and already worse than before. We wait half an hour just to order, all whilst countless people leave the drive thru for waiting so long. We get to the first window and the worker is on her phone with phone up talking to someone and laughing hysterically while checking people out...very slowly. Truly the worst experience I have ever had here!

    The recent reopening of this location appears to have resulted in a decline in service quality, evident in the incorrect orders and unusually short lines. Upon reviewing previous feedback, it's notable that sweet tea was a concern, and indeed, it was unavailable. Furthermore, key menu items like burritos were out of stock, and a specific order for a steak egg and cheese bagel was inaccurately prepared with bacon. Given the price point, customers expect accuracy and availability of basic menu items at every McDonald's. It's crucial for the management to address these issues promptly to prevent further decline and potential loss of customer loyalty. At this 3 star establishment .

    Took over 37 minutes sitting in the drive through waiting to be able to get my food I ordered on the mobile app. I also sat at the drive through order spot waiting for a response for over 15 minutes without hearing a thing. Yes the restaurant was open and was serving people inside. But because I used the mobile app ad selected drive through I couldn’t get my food inside. After 37 full minutes of waiting, I was finally told the restaurant was closed due to short staff. And I would not be getting my order even though I was already charged on my card. This McDonald’s really needs to figure it out

    There is zero atmosphere in McDonald's. It is build to be as sterile looking as a hospital. There are no fountains available for refills. No napkins or condiments available for indoor patrons. Accept for one staff member everyone was either putoff or rude. They would barely walk food out for those ordering inside (which is advertised they will do). Food was cold. A complete rebuild of this store and honestly would have been more successful as the empty lot. I will not return to this location.

    Went through the drive through late 3/27/26. Waited a long time in the drive through. Pulled up to the first window and no one was there so I pulled through to the second window. I was verbally berated for moving forward by the girl working the window. She stated she was the only one working the two windows, and that I should have waited. I had no idea that she was the only one working or what was going on behind the scenes with that, just that there was no one manning the first window. I want to be clear, this girl was busting her ass and working very hard to manage the line, and her response to the situation was in no way unreasonable. What I do find unreasonable was that she was manning the two stations alone. There are a ton of kiosks/POS in that new building. It is ridiculous that there is not one available in the second window for an employee be able to manage the drive through alone without having to run back and forth between the two stations. This is not the first time I have come to this location late to find the drive through being manned by a single employee. If this is a recurring issue, it is something that this location needs to solve
