    This taco bell had me waiting 20 minutes for my order. 10 people came in after me and had their order before me. I had to call out to the workers about my order and girl tells me I'm two orders behind. This place sucks.

    Since when can you not give more then one ice water my family doesn’t drink pop or juice but I was told I could only have one and The person in the drive through tonight was rude and kept getting smart Do not work in customer service if you don’t have people skills

    Quite frustrated with this location tonight! We frequent here and have never had such an experience. Waited in line for 36 minutes before receiving my order. I only stayed because it was mobile and already paid for. The woman on the speaker was not very friendly. No greeting at the speaker, just “go ahead” when I pulled up. Then at the window no apologies for the insane wait time or anything. Not the greatest customer service. They did upgrade my drink so thanks for that.

    Never ever go here. You could watch a video on how to make Taco Bell food, drive to a grocery store, buy all the ingredients, make the food and eat it before you even got to order your food. The workers don’t care if they serve 1 people or 20 and clearly management and ownership doesn’t care either. Don’t waste your time on this place. I doubt corporate cares they have a useless location as long as they get their franchise fee. The 4 and 5 start reviews are all from workers or ownership bots. Notice how there are no ownership responses to the bad reviews?

    I had a great experience at Taco Bell! The place was clean and nicely decorated — really inviting and comfortable. The staff was friendly, fast, and provided excellent service. My order came out just right and the overall atmosphere made it an enjoyable visit. Definitely coming back again!
