If I could leave 0 stars for service I would. I had the unfortunate encounter of encountering Mr. Mandy tonight. Mandy is blessed that I am a better person than I used to be. He has a very nasty attitude, and no accountability or heart to stand on it when called out. He had a nasty attitude because he half listened and did not hear my order properly. I greeted him, he did not greet me back. Ok, cool. Whatever. I just came to get something to eat 🤷🏾♀️. I asked for two nachos, 1 with regular queso and 1 with Diablo queso. He says “let me see if we have chips”, storms off comes back, grabs one bowl and puts both queso’s in it. After realizing, I say, “oh I’m sorry. I thought you had two bowls. I wanted 2 nachos”. He rolls his neck and eyes and continues to say “I ain’t hear you say two, I only heard nacho”. Well honey what does that have to do with me? What I said and what you heard are apparently two different things. I asked him if he was alright. Because his attitude, sarcasm, and just overall ugh was overwhelming. He says “yea I’m good”. Ok, cool. He grabs another bowl, puts both queso’s in it and then asks “you want them both the same way?”… I say “no. I wanted one with regular queso and one with Diablo. But you know, don’t worry about it. I’m not going to be like that. We can keep going”. He rolls his eyes and moves the bowl to the back and grabs a different bowl. At this point, I can’t tolerate it anymore. I told him “if you’re having the same kind of day I’m having, I don’t think we gone be able to get along thru this”. He says he’s not having any kind of day. I’m like yeah, you are. I tell him he has an attitude or something and I don’t know what’s going on. Not to mention he’s rolling his eyes, making side eyes with his coworker, exhaling loudly, etc. during this encounter. So obviously, you have something going on or I’m annoying you or something. He tells his coworker to come over and help me instead then aggressively solicits the next lady in line (I guess he’s frustrated). Being that both of these bowls are already off to a poor start, they’re not even what I ordered, I respectfully declined to continue my order and I left. Qdoba usually has better service than this. But then again, I usually go during the day. I will be reaching out to their management because this is ridiculous. And unacceptable. I literally came to order food, you half listened to me because you had an attitude. That’s ridiculous. I will be going to the Canton location going forward. And if you are reading this review I hope that you do too.

the girl with black hair and the heart tattoo on her face was on her phone with gloves on while cutting lettuce and drinking her starbucks and i waited online for a few minutes while she continued her conversation like it was a hang out.. i then had to ask if she could help me where she went to go help them randomly walked away with out saying anything and at this point being serve sage certified and ex food manager myself seeing that alone is disgusting and you guys would of been marked if you were being audited not only for the coffee on the cutting board from an outside location but her being on the phone with her gloves on and not changing them to continue her prepping.. that’s disgusting. i then ask the other worker if that’s normal because it don’t feel sanitary to get the food there to where the girl with the heart tattoo on her face rudely said i changed my gloves and i mentioned not while you were prepping i watched you then had to get your attention to even help me where she looks at her co worker and says you better help her because i’m not….. luckily the other person was very nice but the other worker needs a talking to because customer service and sanitation is important in this industry and as a customer i’m beyond disgusted by this location and refuse to ever come back if she is still working there. not to mention the entire restaurant was DISGUSTING

Ordered online and picked it up for lunch. Was the WORST meal I've had. It was cold, missing two of my toppings, and had NO flavor. I couldn't even bring myself to finish it even though it was $13!
