No Turkey, no bread for the chicken salad sandwich, no milk for coffee. I felt sorry for the manager who had to apologize nonstop for being out of items. You would think that Panera can afford to keep the restaurants stocked with the items needed.

The manager handled a customer with an issue with such care and empathy, and the young lady at the counter was so kind and polite and went above and beyond. It is nice to see during this holiday season that there are people in retail that can bring a smile to your day.
