  Employees let online orders get checked in and then tell us that they can’t fulfill the order because their mobile app is down… this has happened before and the refund never reaches my account. I got charged, we both see what my order is, they tell me they can’t do it and I will get a refund within 24 hours which is a LIE AND IS THEFT this time the order was over $20 and some people may not have more money to get something else but they gotta wait until you POSSIBLY give them their money back. If they didn’t have a part of something I ordered it’s different they are choosing to not fulfill orders. It is not just this McDonald’s either so if your mobile ordering system is truly broken and more importantly NOT REFUNDING PEOPLE maybe get it looked at? Call corporate to shut the app down and figure it out instead of scamming people.

  Payed through the mobile app accepted my money when I get to the speaker they ask if I made a mobile order and when I say yes they just tell me there are issues with the mobile app for ordering and I will get a refund within 24hrs do better mcdonalds last time I will be ordering anything from this joke of a corporation.

  Just left from there I don’t know what workers are working but on this day 3/29/26 they told me there reward system is down I went to another one and couldn’t use my app bc they took it and told me they system is down avoid the moring workers they where really rude about it , fire immediately, I used to work 12 hours a week at a restaurant and never took my frustration out on customers , good service overall just terrible morning workers , god bless you all

  I went through drive thru and got a medium fries and 10 piece nuggets and they only gave me 6 nuggets.. like what on earth is this???? Absolutely horrific and never will come here again
