  I stopped in tonight for a cheap dinner. The younger workers were either new or just super flustered. There were drink mishaps and it kinda set the tone for the rest of the order. I asked for the receipt on 1 order because the machine didn't give 1 and the boy was like it's OK we got it, I said yes that's great, I'd still like my receipt, he made me ask 3x then walked away? and had a lady come get it, which she did, no trouble and I appreciated her. Also they need to pay attention to what sauce is ordered, I ordered honey and got honey mustard which is disgusting. So some extra training needs to be done here for sure. They really acted like they never filled an order, ever, it was much more complicated then it needed to be, they didn't appear busy. They were nice though. I was being as patient as I could, I could tell they were flustered. But definitely pay attention to the sauces and when someone asks for their receipt, they shouldn't have to ask 3x to get it. I understand my order went through, but it's my copy, and my way of making sure all items ordered are present, which they weren't. We almost left without our shake. My food was good and they were nice and patient as well.

  I went to this McDonald’s to get breakfast, the lady I spoke too on the drive through speaker just seemed like she just didn’t want to be there which I can understand but the real problem was when I was receiving my food. The blonde lady working the front window had me out my bag and 2 small smoothies I ordered 2 mediums, at first I asked her if they were small or medium just to make sure she said they are smalls, I then pick up my receipt and try to show it to her so I can get the right size and she completely told me off and said “just take it, I don’t know”. I just drove away I wasn’t trying to deal with it, it’s usually not a big deal if the order isn’t right because I know how it can be but it was slow, then I just got told completely off.

  Was just at the drive through this morning. The young lady at the end window really should not be in that position. She needs better training in the customer service department. I had to tell her my coffee was on the counter in order to finish my order. No response what so ever. I could tell she did not want to be there at all. Never have I had this bad of service there.

  Went through drive through, sat at the food window for 2 minutes then do they had to wait for food and my drink. They never even started my drink and since I had to wait for my food you would think it was hot, it wasn't it was barely warm.

  Service is shitty..seen a manager by the name of “linzi”I believe, was in the door entrance way smoking a vape and my child had to walk thru the smoke and then it took them 20 minutes to make a happy meal while the two young guys in the grill were working no one else was really doing much at all do better.
