I then asked the drive-thru young lady if there was a person that could take my order. She was short with me and responded that there were only 2 workers. It was noon. Food quality: biscuit was uneven in thickness, looking like a pie wedge. Chicken was on the small size, but tasted okay. Mashed potatoes and gravy tasted fine as well. Overall, not worth my $10. I'll spend $5 more for a better experience! If I owned this franchise, I would personally be there to create a better customer experience.
