    Best Taco Bell in town. The staff is always friendly and quick! Didn't catch the cashiers name but him and Ethan (manager) were very helpful!

    whoever was working 1/25/2026 @ around 1:45 AM was awful with customer service. They are open until 3am but they had no beef made, which is totally understandable!! We were told the beef would be a five minute wait, we said that’s ok and paid. Two minutes later we were told it would actually be 15-20 minute wait (still very understandable). My fiancé asked me if I was sure I wanted beef (I’m not a fan of chicken) and I was contemplating when all of a sudden a woman who was working flipped out on us! She started yelling that she doesn’t need this right now, that she doesn’t need the snarky comments (um no snarky comments were made at all) and complained about how stressed she was and how she can just give us our money back. Obviously we decided to just get our money back because what the hell was that. I was actually going to just drop the 3 beef tacos I ordered but she jumped the damn gun and started yelling at us so we dropped the entire order. Will not be coming back. I am VERY understanding with customer service, my little brother who was DRIVING literally works at McDonald’s so we were being nice about everything, it really was not a big deal but the attitude of whoever was crying about being on the line since 8pm, was crazy. We genuinely, truly, did not say ANYTHING about the employees. If we did my brother would call us out on our shit since he works those shifts. Very inappropriate behavior in my opinion and lost three customers. 🫶🏻 the wilder location fulfilled our order just fine. 😊

    Me my brother-in law and sister came here Sunday Jan 25th around 1:50 AM, we order our food and waited patiently. We understand they were busy and didn’t really care we just wanted food. When we got up to the window and paid they told us it was a wait on the meat. We had 2 options one to pull up and one to switch the meat. When we were making our decision my sister stated she didn’t really like the other meat. One of the employees who I assume was the manager didn’t like that statement. She started going off on us about the statement we were confused at first. Then she started saying that my sister’s “remarks are unnecessary” I was confused because how was my sister saying she only liked beef such a big deal. After her little tantrum we decided we wanted a refund. I understand they were busy and overwhelmed but that was extremely unprofessional behavior I am a fast food worker my self so I understand the overwhelming frustration. The other employees were perfectly fine it was just that one.
