We understand they were busy and didn’t really care we just wanted food. When we got up to the window and paid they told us it was a wait on the meat. We had 2 options one to pull up and one to switch the meat. When we were making our decision my sister stated she didn’t really like the other meat. One of the employees who I assume was the manager didn’t like that statement. She started going off on us about the statement we were confused at first. Then she started saying that my sister’s “remarks are unnecessary” I was confused because how was my sister saying she only liked beef such a big deal. After her little tantrum we decided we wanted a refund. I understand they were busy and overwhelmed but that was extremely unprofessional behavior I am a fast food worker my self so I understand the overwhelming frustration. The other employees were perfectly fine it was just that one.
