  My spicy chicken was bun soggy and had more mayonnaise & lettuce on the wrapper than the sandwich itself. I also asked for a xl fry & they gave me a fry lovers burger instead? Today you guys were a real letdown. I have pictures of it. I usually come here 2-3x per week but probably won't anymore after this visit.

  most of the time the food is fine and the staff is at least friendly not sure what was different today, but the woman at the window was rude and walked away in the middle of me trying to ask a question.

  We just tried to come through tonight at 11:00 and when the worker came to the speaker they rudely stated that they might as well wait on us with a half an hour left before close we were confused and told them we had no idea what that meant then rudley that the same statement again basically saying they didn't want to wait on us a half an hour before they close so we continued with our order and somebody came on the speaker and said 6 minute wait as if we weren't going to wait anyways then basically laughed in our face as we pulled off we will never come here again we coming through at least once or twice a month and will not be coming back I hope something is done about those employees as they were rude to good customers This was on 2/5 at11:00p

  As with all Rally's, drive through or walk up only. Food was amazing, new cashier was excellent and very friendly.
