    Sometimes you come across people that WOW you. That is what happened on Thursday at this Panera. The manager handled a customer with an issue with such care and empathy, and the young lady at the counter was so kind and polite and went above and beyond. It is nice to see during this holiday season that there are people in retail that can bring a smile to your day.

    On November 15 I placed an order with this restaurant. The order was for pick up and I received an email that my order was ready for pick up. When I drove to the restaurant I was told that they were out of bread bowls? That was my reason for my order. They couldn't explain why I received an email saying order was ready. Bad thing is this was the second time in 2 months this happened. To make matters worse Nathan Hughes sent me an email in response to my service questionnaire apologizeing and promising to send me "free" coupons to make up for their mistake. Well long story short...even after two texts I received nothing. It would have been better if he never contacted me. What a joke. If you have a choice stay away. Management is as bad as the staff.
