- JAJulie AlarieDec 30, 20251.0I was so excited for Baskin Robins to be “saved” from an ill fate of closure and bought by someone to keep its legacy alive. But honestly, the lack of consistency in product and presentation is getting VERY annoying. Some skimp, some follow directions and actually “care” about what they are serving and others, well, go through the motions. Tonight, the gal “went through the motions” and clearly gave no give a crap of how the Banana Split looked OR TASTED. I asked for the split the way that “I” like it (never order these by the way because they almost always fail at them). So, no more. It was slop! There was 2 dime size strawberries and NO strawberry topping syrup in the strawberry topping. The pineapple topping had literally one 1/2.tsp pineapple and ZERO juice. The hot fudge was supposed to be on the side and instead was on it and (thankfully) that too was about a 1/2 tsp. As I didn’t want it to MELT the STRAWBERRY ice cream it was for when she instead put it on the Chocolate Ice Cream. I mean, C’MON!! Can you at least TRY to pretend you care about what you are doing? These are not cheap. So, in the end, forget it. No more. I am done. Good luck to you and I hope at least others get what they order and are satisfied. I will not be back.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
