    Sandwich was too sloopy to eat..potato cake was burnt hard and old..manager refused to give refund..nothing was edible

    Baycity Arby's is clean & festive. Great Valentine decorations. The food was great & fresh. I take my elderly friend there for lunch. Shop loves it & loves your coupons!!!

    The food is always fresh and the help is always quite pleasant. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. Overall it's a nice place to take your family for a little outing.

    The crew was only three people due to call offs, but they did fantastic! Food was hot and fresh, they were helpful and apologized for a slight delay. To be fair, I've waited other places much longer with more staff than this occasion. Keep up the teamwork!!
