- SAShade ArmintroutApr 23, 20262.0I typically love the salads, but if I’m paying an additional $2 for extra feta, I would expect it to be there. Instead they basically removed all of the feta from the order. It’s not the first time this has happened but it’s certainly the most egregious example.

The workers are amazing, and work their butt off, but they are treated like crap, so now Panera sucks. Won’t be back to any Panera.

The long haired boy then got offended and said they are very busy and have alot of other tasks to do. So thats why they just stood and stared at me when I walked to the back looking for any worker. He then pointed to his general manager who was sitting at the nearest table to the lobby just ignoring the entire situation. Horrible representation of panera bread. I will never go there again. Also, the person with me finally got to order but was missing items and had to yell thru the back repeatedly asking for anyone to respond. When they finally did come out, they just wanted to argue, got them to shut up and do their job once the receipt was repeatedly pointed at. General manager just ignores customers along with her workers.
