  Asked them to prime shake machine due to being allergic to chocolate and they didn't do it. I got very sick and spent 3 days in bed throwing up. NOT HAPPY WITH THEM.

  I've had multiple unpleasant interactions with an employee named Lay (Alashae). She is extremely disrespectful, and no amount of complaints have resolved the issue. Allowing people like this to work here ruins customer satisfaction and contributes to a toxic work environment. Ive heard and watched her bully her fellow coworkers. I guess management doesn't care 🤷 Edit: Thank you @mcdonalds for your reply. With that being said, I know you don't have a zero policy for rude customer service or bullying behavior. You will allow such behavior if the employee does certain tasks well or is favored in some way. Despite my complaints to management she's still allowed to work here and be disrespectful. So it feels a bit disingenuous to ask me to complete a survey link after all of that.

  Sold me a breakfast bagel that’s as hard as a rock. I can’t even suffer through it, it’s impossible to bite through.

  I was there on 3/15/2026 between 1 pm and 230 pm using the drive thru, (2nd lane ) waited 10 minutes no one took my order but nept taking the first lanes orders. Had to go inside and use kiosk, service inside wasn't much better. When i was leaving with my order the drive thru was empty, very poor service and customer service sucked !!!!
