  You don’t even get a hello at the window they just look at you and take your payment like you’re doing something wrong but me and my sandwich so soggy where I couldn’t even eat it

  Never order delivery from them. Freaky fast delivery statement should be sueable for taking over an hour to deliver. No reason for 2 miles to take over an hour

  By far the best Jimmy John's in-shop experience. I've been a regular at several different Jimmy John's in the Southwest Michigan region and this one is the best. Service is highly personable, very swift, and greatly engaging. Every single person in that crew is dedicated and have never missed any customizations I add, even when I decide to randomly try something new. Remember, everyone, you teach others how to treat you based on how you interact with others. This crew delivers on the freaky fast promise with precision and professionalism!
