There buns for the sandwiches are so dry they fall to pieces, the cant seem to read what the order is bc they always mess up my sandwhich which i all ask for is no tomatoes. There manager is so rude. Hes rude to his employees and the customers. Fries are always cold even if u ask for fresh fries they just reheat the old fries. Its just a mess there. Its that way at both the columbia and penfield building in battle creek. Ive been holding off writing this for a long time but enough is enough. Something needs to be fixed.

They will let you sit at the speaker until the car at the window has left. Then they take the order. Its my opinion at least. I leave the line quite often and go somewhere else.
