  It had so much sauce on it that it was nasty!!! This is what dripped out. And being jerk sauce, it made it way too strong and spicy. Very unpleasant to eat. First and last time here. No thanks! 🤢

  Waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes to place an order for two smoothies. If you are on lunch break, maybe order in advance. Terribly slow. I ordered an Island Green and the Peanut smoothies and was on my way home after another 10 minute wait at the drive thru window with five more cars behind me. When I pulled in, only one car in front of me waiting to place an order. Wouldn’t it be faster to take multiple orders so batches of same type of drink can be made, rather than one at a time? Culver’s has their ordering process down! Hoping coincidence with flu season, but husband projectile vomitted his smoothie for over an hour straight. I had a flu shot a few weeks ago and feel fine.

  Waited in the drive-through for five minutes, and nobody came and waited on us… Had to come inside the store… Couldn’t give me a receipt… Nobody even acknowledged us

  I use to enjoy tropical smoothie but over time it has went down hill, I came in for my lunch break the other day and ordered my usual a blueberry bliss add oats and chia and a cheese dilla. I ordered it online and ordered it 30 min in advance and when i came in they where busy floors dirty and smoothie all over. so I waited patiently and after 10 or 15 min i asked the young lady in the front about my order she gave me my dilla that was cold and didn't have much cheese I didn't complain because they where busy and I only seen two people, I waited in the lobby for almost half an hour when I was just coming to pick my order up so I could eat on my break and when i finally got my smoothie it wasn't blended properly and tasted like water. I thought this was the bad part but I didn't want to hold the line or cause a scene so I left and called the phone when I got to work. Apparently it was the manager I was talking to but I didn't receive a receipt so she told me I couldn't get a remake and was very and I couldn't get a refund online so my experience was honestly ruined:(

  I ordered for pick-up online when I arrived every crew member greeted me with a warm smile. My order was finished at the time it said it would be, on top of that my food was delicious, and it was nice & fresh :) I got the save & pair chicken chipotle flatbread with the Beach Bum smoothie, my flatbread was made correctly and the smoothie was blended really well!
