This Subway has NEVER even started my order regardless of when I ordered and paid to pick it up. I have to wait in line to let them know I’ve preordered and prepaid. They make a statement about being busy and they have to find the order and then mine gets placed at the end of the line for preparation even though I’ve typically ordered and paid 30 min prior. And they act like I’m inconveniencing them by ordering ahead. Even though this is my closest subway, it is more time efficient to order at a different subway a little farther out that is able to manage orders placed ahead and have better customer service. Avoid this Subway if you can.
