- DHDean HuskyFeb 7, 20261.0This is a hard review to write because I generally like their food, and Papa John’s isn’t a bad pizza. However, during my visit, I was concerned about the lack of basic food safety precautions. I didn’t see beard nets or hairnets being used, and employees appeared to be wearing street clothes and, at times, unprofessionally revealing clothing—most often during the summertime. The environment felt more like a hangout spot than a professional food preparation area, which raised serious concerns for me. Under the Michigan Food Law of 2000 (Act 92) and the Michigan Food Code, food employees are required to maintain a high degree of personal cleanliness and wear appropriate attire to help prevent food contamination. I hope management addresses these issues, but sadly, I don’t believe they will. The food itself is generally good, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

Then once we placed the order they said 45-50 minutes. After we'll over an hour we called and they said it was out for delivery. Waiting another 20 minutes we called again. They hired a door dasher because of the work load. (Waited even longer) called again after we hit the 2 hour window. Called again, asked for a a comp for the insane wait they said no refunds or comps. They were extremely rude! Will NEVER order fron them again! Dont waste your time and money! To top things off...pizza was cold.

Stephanie made the perfect cheese stix this year and it sent me back to 2001 all over again. Thank you for the nostalgia and making me want to keep this tradition alive with my nieces and nephews! Nice, sweet girl on top of it all! Would recommend to all my friends and family!
