    Im not sure what's happening but your guys wait times are getting so bad. I've placed app orders 15 minutes before I get there and still have to wait 20+ minutes after arriving. Today I came and got food and of course had to wait, got my food and my burger wasnt even in the wrapper. The food was just thrown into the box, I had to piece my sandwhich back together myself and put all my toppings back on. My fries were so smashed. You guys have got to start doing better.

    Not sure if this is corporate or franchise but who ever the boss is must be cracking down on drive thru times. You shouldn't have to pull everyone forward 530 at night for a double cheeseburger and fry and then the fry is cold!

    Change the drive thru signs to drive thru & park. Nobody wants to wait 14 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. Then they gave me the wrong order. McDonald’s, you are failing!

    Always sitting in the curbside line for 20+ minutes while other cars are race tracking the drive through and getting helped ahead of me and I have to go in and remind them I’m sitting out there and they tell me “oh someone must have swiped your order off the screen.” I actually take the drive through, and the second window is exclusively used to tell you your food isn’t ready and to pull around and wait. 🙄
