- BWBranden WeedNov 6, 20251.0Always sitting in the curbside line for 20+ minutes while other cars are race tracking the drive through and getting helped ahead of me and I have to go in and remind them I’m sitting out there and they tell me “oh someone must have swiped your order off the screen.” I actually take the drive through, and the second window is exclusively used to tell you your food isn’t ready and to pull around and wait. 🙄

Tonight I ordered 3 bug macs, a quarter pounder, 6 nuggets and 3 large fries. They forgot a big Mac. We noticed before we left the parking lot. I pulled back through the drive through and told the nice kid at the first window. The woman working the second window was SOOO RUDE. Is it my fault you can't put 4 burgers in the bag? I did food service for years. It's really not a challenge to get orders right. There was no apology, no "hey, sorry about that". She was just absolutely rude. I am no longer going to this location. I will drive the extra few minutes to another one. This is on Halloween 2025. That lady needs an attitude check. If you don't like your job, do something else. Don't give me an attitude because of your mistake.
