  Slow waited 10 minutes for nuggest. To get home and see they didn't put the fris in the bag. Overall service was a a 0 outta 5. Hire more people or get more space.

  I come here a lot and normally my order is fine and everything there but today I had some issues. Seems to be new management or workers. I had to be pulled for fresh cookies no problem. After my food is brought out I had to retune to window for forgotten sauces not in the bag. The manager made it seem as if I would lie I let her check my bag willingly so she replaces the sauces she says her employee packed. Then her to return again realizing they forgot my 8 cookies the whole reason I was pulled to begin with. So when I went inside she questioned me not getting them as if I’m lying and I tell her what would I lie for I’m a shift manager at a restaurant too! She seemed bothered by my attitude at this point and tells me it’s only food. That’s not the point the issue is the hassle, the waited and wasted time of your restaurants mistake not once but twice! I am tired after a work day myself! Check your bags!

  Went there to grab a late dinner and there was only 3 people ahead of me and one was already at the window. I ordered my food and ended up waiting 45 whole minutes from ordering to getting my food. Thats a very very long wait for them not being busy. Then i didn’t even receive my large fries that I ordered but bc i had waited so long to get my food i just left. I only live one block away from there and my food was cold like very cold and the nuggets were hard. It didnt even seem like its was over cooked. More like it was just really old and uneatable. This was an absolute horrible experience. I experienced this one other time at the one in penfield as well and it was around 930pm both times. I think mc donalds is gonna have to be another place i stop going to from here on out. Not worth my time and a big waste of money since nothing i bought could get eaten. If u r looking for somewhere to eat, dont go to mc donalds on columbia yall its so bad there
