We often get ice cream cones for our daughter and we have decided to drive 10-15 minutes out of our way because this location chronically states the ice cream machine is "broke down" which I think most customers know by now means that the staff didn't feel like dealing with the setup and clean up of the machine, and not that it's truly non-functioning. The staff is not very friendly at this location, and there is often a long line even though there are two ordering lanes. I've also pulled up to the ordering speaker several times and the other lane will have two or three people put their order in before they take my order. It just seems like the place is not managed very well.

They need to fire every last one of them. Can’t even close the app off so we lose money for several days and waste gas and time to get there. Always before midnight too they are saying this. Came by just now 11/10 11:20pm they said only drinks because they are short staffed meanwhile 4 people was standing around up front doing nothing.
