As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The Checkers at Store #3399 in Battle Creek didn't give us our 3 apple pies in drive-thru the other day. When my husband called the employee he spoke with was extremely rude: accused him of being a thief, told him to come back right away with his receipt (couldn't do that), then asked what he wanted Checkers to do about it. My husband went back there for lunch today: his name wasn't on the list for missing items so they wouldn't give him the 3 apple pies. Never again will we go to Checkers! The employees are hostile & don't care about their customers.

We ordered a chicken box and 5 twist ice cream cones. We had to reiterate numerous times that we wanted cones. We get to the window and tried to hand us cups of ice cream. When I declined and requested twist cones, they offered to put a cone on top of the cups, I declined stating it would be too difficult to eat because I was driving and the rest of my family wanted cones also. She offered spoons and I still declined because a spoon and ice cream while driving is impossible. She got quite grumpy and went over to make very small sloppy cones that had very little chocolate in the swirl because they were clearly not prepared. One cone, the ice cream fell to the floor before it got to the window! Next time DQ. I did appreciate that after getting snarky, she did apologize. My son also enjoyed his chicken bites and fries.
