  Location is nice, but clearly understaffed. There were 7 people today waiting to be checked in at the front desk. Took forever for someone to show up. When i got sat down, it took forever and no one came get my order. I then left. Not coming back

  We ordered take-out and it couldn't have gone smoother. Our order was ready to pick when scheduled, it was hot, and the service was attentive (I was noticed to be waiting and called over immediately), friendly, and efficient. We will certainly be going back for either another pick-up order or maybe to dine-in.

  Went to Buffalo Wild Wings off Beckley Rd in Battle Creek on New Years Day, we went late afternoon and and they weren't busy at all. They appeared to have more take out/delivery orders. I will start by saying the food was excellent, drinks were on point but..... the server Hannah was not on her game that day. She never made eye contact, was extremely dry with her personality, but became much more helpful when the check came, lol because it was time to tip. After providing the receipt, I needed an extra box and I was not able to find her so I stopped the server Ciera, she was so helpful, kind, she smiled and made small talk as well as made eye contact with us. Thank you to Ciera for being so kind to us after the dry attitude we received during our Dinner. Hannah appeared to not wanna be at work that day. I always tell people who work on major holidays, thank you for being here to serve us, its much appreciated.

  Honestly if I could I would rate 0 stars on December 12th me and my wife made an online order using her cashapp card our order came out at 7:06 pm and went into the warming oven while we were standing in the lobby waiting for our order the 2 guys standing up at the counter then proceeded to tell my wife that our order would be out momentarily and then chatted and joked amongst themselves and played around on the white board we didn't receive our order until 7:23 I called to speak with the manager on duty and he stated he would issue a refund it is now Dec 22nd I have called and spoke with a different manager who has said the order is no longer in their system and the inspirebrands corporation has said the same thing so we are now under the assumption that that manager has deleted our order of the system in an attempt to keep the money and me and my wife are thinking about pursuing legal action against the establishment

  This guy made my day. He is so kind hearted and he is my favorite. He served us for the night and was cracking us jokes and everything. Employee of the month right here. He is the best server.
