I’m honestly not sure what Arby’s marketing strategy is anymore. I used to consider them top-tier fast food and didn’t mind paying a little extra for what felt like higher quality. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. The portions have become noticeably smaller, and the overall quality has declined. The chicken tenders, in particular, are a huge disappointment. They used to be large, juicy, and full of flavor with a perfectly crisp breading — better than some sit-down chain restaurants. Now they taste like generic, heat-and-serve frozen chicken fingers you’d find at a grocery store. Their specialty sandwiches seem to have followed the same path. What’s most frustrating is that the prices haven’t reflected these changes — they’re still higher than many other fast-food options. Even if prices were reduced, the drop in quality would keep me from making Arby’s a regular stop. I hope Arby’s reconsiders these recent changes and brings back the quality that once set them apart. In their current state, it’s hard to see them staying competitive. Very disappointing.

If I could give zero stars on everything I would. The girl at the window taking the orders either wasn't listening or was distracted. We kept repeating what we wanted and the order was still wrong. We went in to get our meal corrected and the manager on duty was extremely rude and confrontational. We will never visit this Arby's again. This was a horrible experience all the way around.

Celine makes this Arby's better than the others! She is always sweet, kind and smiling. I wish there were more people like her in this world. Its not the food that makes Arby's great, it's employees like Celine!!
