  Not just this time but every time the food is served cold to the touch of the sandwich fries being in the basket for awhile. I could be wrong but I thought food is only good for 30 minutes before dropping more for hot food. Although advertising pictures of good and delicious you don't get that. So disappointed North Avenue you need to come up.

  Food is usually in line when I visit Arbys. Usually use drive through. Staff always friendly.

  Eric Paschel who works up front taking customer orders is very rude. I just became a reward member. My coupon stated a free sandwich with any purchase. I asked Eric what sandwich was included. He stated regular roast beef or beef and cheddar. I said will you make sure since it does not state a specific sandwich. He hollered for someone in the back. This man stated it's any sandwich. I told Eric I would take the 1lb roast beef sandwich. He gave me the half pound and acted very frustrated with me. With his rude personality I didn't try to tell him my order was wrong.
