We were passing through and ordered on the app, we went inside and the place is not clean, we wait for our food by the pick up area and we were missing items from the order so we let the girl know and she brought us 1 item and we informed her there's another item we're missing and she ended up just going back to work as usual and ignored us. We stood there for another few minutes until another employee helped us. The mac and cheese was horrible but everyone else's food was good. Seems very disorganized there, customer service is below average.

I put an order in before I got to chick fil a, got in the mobile line and scanned the QR code. The drive thru line moved along until there was no cars left and the mobile line didn’t move at all. Was very strange considering we are encouraged to use the app. A manager ended up coming out and taking over for the heavy set fake blonde with the thin low pony tail. She was definitely going through something and bought all that negativity into her job. Hope she feels better soon and doesn’t keep taking it out on ppl trying to get food.
