We are on a never-ending quest for the perfect sandwich, starting with the Classic Roast Beef and French Dip to the deli-style Market Fresh line of sandwiches and salads.
The food is subpar but they fix it if you bring it back. Also if you are going any time after 9pm I would just pick somewhere else to go. The service at night is super questionable

Placed online order and arrived on time to pick up through drive thru. Was told that the order was still being made and to pull up. There was one car ahead of us at the pick up window. Yet all 3 of our sandwiches and curly fries were cold, only the chicken cordon blu was even slightly lukewarm. The only things that were actually warm & fresh was the fried items (mozzarella sticks and peach rolls.) Will not be returning to this location again.

Best jamocha shakes around with quick service. Came in and got a roast beef and cheddar meal with a jamocha shake, in and out of the drive through in less than 3 minutes with a nice thicc jamocha shake!

I’m honestly not sure what Arby’s marketing strategy is anymore. I used to consider them top-tier fast food and didn’t mind paying a little extra for what felt like higher quality. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case.
The portions have become noticeably smaller, and the overall quality has declined. The chicken tenders, in particular, are a huge disappointment. They used to be large, juicy, and full of flavor with a perfectly crisp breading — better than some sit-down chain restaurants. Now they taste like generic, heat-and-serve frozen chicken fingers you’d find at a grocery store.
Their specialty sandwiches seem to have followed the same path. What’s most frustrating is that the prices haven’t reflected these changes — they’re still higher than many other fast-food options. Even if prices were reduced, the drop in quality would keep me from making Arby’s a regular stop.
I hope Arby’s reconsiders these recent changes and brings back the quality that once set them apart. In their current state, it’s hard to see them staying competitive. Very disappointing.
