My most recent order, for example, was 29 minutes behind when it was supposed to be ready, and based on my past experiences, this is not uncommon. I've never seen more than two people working at a time. Most of the time there's only one person. It isn't the workers' faults, it's trademark poor leadership from the owner(s). If you value your time or plan on ordering ahead, I strongly suggest looking at other options.
