  Pulled up to drive thru,and was asking about the value box,to see if i could get soft tacos instead of hard shell,and the girl in the drive thru was super rude and just said,READ THE BOARD, and laughed!! Then didnt have the guys to wait on me ,sent a guy to the window. Nice customer service from a rude brat that doesnt need to work with the public!!! Pathetic that we cant have a new restaurant in town,without attitudes

  We waited 20 mins in the lobby tonight to get food that’s the slowest Taco Bell we have ever been too! Service was poor and food was nasty
