It’s a more recent feature. I was pulled ahead for 15 minutes and even asked what my order was. As I drive away, I open my bag to find out my order was wrong as well. I’m not impressed. I understand people make mistakes but it was issue after issue.

Fast forward to a few days ago my husband and I both got breakfast meals. We get home and are missing both hashbrowns!Today I go before work and get an iced caramel latte and I sat in line for almost 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me! Why couldn't they pull people up that are waiting on their food!? So I finally get to the window and the latte is supposed to be "iced"and it has zero ice in it.I didn't take a pic of the latte since I was driving but I did get a pic of my "steak" bagel I was supposed to have from a few weeks ago.
