  The district manager of this store should be ASHAMED!!! JUDGING FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS THIS IS NORMAL FOR THIS TACO BELL. Waited forever for my food. No one even acknowledged us. Paid extra for extra cheese on my quesadilla, when I say there was a PINCH of cheese on there! Tried getting a refund and they told us they couldn’t! Train your employees better! Food is way too dang expensive to be played with!!!!! MAYBE IF YOUR EMPLOYEES WERENT OUR BACK MESSING AROUND AND SMOKING STUFF WOULD BE CORRECT!!!!

  waited over 45 minutes for food when there was no one in the drive thru and barley anyone coming inside. multiple people who ordered at least 20 minutes after me got their food way before me and they forgot multiple items don't ever go here it's terrible

  The service at this store is so unbelievably slow and impersonal. The food is made correctly, but you will wait an incredibly long time. I entered the drive-thru at 8:36 and did not have my food until 9:08 with only two cars in front of me. They put the slow in fast food and don’t seem to care at all. Only go if you are desperately craving the Bell and don’t have another location.

  I went to Taco Bell, a place where expectations go to politely die, and yet somehow I still went through the drive thru with hope in my heart and a very specific order in my hand. Now, I don’t want to sound dramatic, but I ordered food… and then I expected to receive that same food. I know, I know…rookie mistake. That’s on me. There’s something almost magical about the Taco Bell experience. You confidently order 7 items, and then open your bag later like it’s a mystery box curated by chaos itself. Will it be 5 items? 6? A completely different order? Who knows. Not me. Not them. Not even the universe. And yet, every single time, I act surprised. I stand there, peering into the bag like, “Huh… they forgot my Chips and cheese or drink.” As if Taco Bell didn’t just do exactly what Taco Bell does. The service? Exactly what you’d expect. A beautiful blend of mild confusion, quiet indifference, and the unmistakable energy of people who know this is not a five-star establishment and are deeply at peace with that. Honestly, it’s not even disappointing anymore. It’s tradition. It’s performance art. It’s a humbling reminder that control is an illusion and that maybe, just maybe, I never needed that missing taco in the first place. Will I go back? Absolutely. Will I expect to get everything I ordered? Also yes. Will I be wrong? Again? Without question. 5/5 for consistency in unpredictability. I just wanted my drink and my chips & cheese.
