With 3 other McDonald’s in the area, I will be going elsewhere, complained directly to the employee responsible, and possibly a language barrier (I only speak English), not sure, but she couldn’t care less about losing or keeping my business. Good luck at this restaurant. Update: I don’t accept your apology. I will never go back to that incompetent McDonalds, and will think twice about going to any other McDonald’s in the future. McDonalds is supposed to be the same, no matter which McDonald restaurant you decide on visiting. McDonalds price point brings it into the cost of many “sit down” diners with actual waitresses who care. In my experience, McDonalds has degraded far beyond the cost of a meal. There are far too many better restaurants in the area to make educated choices on where I choose to spend my hard earned money.

When we asked for a cup of ranch, we were told it would be $0.75. That was surprising, but we paid. Then when we asked for mayo, we were first told they didn’t have it. When I went to ask again, I was told it’s also $0.75 for one packet of mayo and that it has “always been like that.” I come here regularly and have never been charged before. What was even more concerning was that we were not given a receipt for the ranch, and the charge did not appear to be entered into the system. The employee took the cash and appeared to place it in her pocket before walking away. On top of that, her tone and facial expressions were very dismissive and unprofessional. This isn’t about the mayo or the ranch it’s about transparency, consistency, and respectful customer service.
