  My husband was in for lunch today… he works in the area very often and stops on a regular basis to grab lunch. He always pays cash and comes in the store to order… he’s not much of an app guy… this morning he wasn’t feeling great and went to work anyways… nothing sounded good except Jimmy John’s… he came in and the customer service was so horrible. He ordered his food and stood there forever waiting… he thought maybe the sandwich sitting there was his so he picked the bag up to see if it was his receipt…. He was met by a little lady who was so rude to the point we will never step foot in your store again. Customer service is huge and if you’re going to work with the public then it’s a must to be polite to people and not cause them to never want to return to a place that they come often. Yelling at my husband that he ordered online and can’t pay with cash online… no, he walked in and ordered at the register with the very nice girl. Then was met with the lady who wanted to belittle him and talk to him like he’s not a paying customer and a complete idiot. I’ll be sure to let everyone know this is how your employees treat customers when they are just rushing to grab a sandwich before they have to go out an work their tail off the rest of the day… hope that girl has a better day and doesn’t come across the wrong person acting the way she did. I could describe her, but if you were there, you all know who it was. She’s lucky that she came across the nicest man on earth and not his wife. I don’t stand for that kind of service when we are the paying customer… do better Jimmy John’s!

  Booked large order for party weeks ahead and prepaid tip for delivery driver. On Day of party, called a half hour after supposed to arrive. They said they didn't deliver yet because their driver doesn't come until later on Saturdays. So we came to pick up the order ourselves. Then they refused to return the tip for the delivery driver.

  Ordered catering for an 11am delivery. After it was 20 minutes late I called and they said their driver wasn't in yet, he sometimes doesn't come in until noon. They did not call me to tell me and had no plans to call. I had to pick it up myself. I even prepaid a tip for the driver that has not been refunded! I complained on the website, but no one has called back. Terrible customer service! There are other better run Jimmy Johns around, I would never go to this one! Update: When my husband called to ask for the tip back the manager hung up on him after saying we would have to have called that day to ask to refund a tip for a driver that never delivered anything.

  Horrible never order for them myself and coworkers placed an order at 10:30am soon as the store opened for a 12pm delivery for our lunch break food was not here on time. We have called and complained 3 times about the order still not arriving by 1pm we called to cancel because the food still never arrived the manager say they are short drivers and using a 3rd party service. This is unacceptable and I’m very upset I spoke with the female/ male supervisor and they had no sympathy besides saying they are sorry the drivers are short. That should’ve been the first thing said before an order be placed waiting two hours and still not receiving my order is just down right ridiculous.
