Stopped into Jimmy John’s around 11:30am and had one of the most unnecessarily rude interactions I’ve experienced in a while. I was standing by the to-go pickup area, patiently waiting while a younger blonde employee finished bagging orders. I was trying to be respectful and not interrupt.
Instead of simply acknowledging me like any normal customer service interaction, she snapped at me saying I shouldn’t just be standing there and needed to tell her what order I was picking up. The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely uncalled for.
If acknowledging a customer politely is too much, this might not be the right role. No one expects over-the-top service, but basic respect should be the bare minimum.
Definitely left a bad impression. Hopefully management addresses the attitude, because that kind of behavior drives customers away.

Fast service. Toasts too hard , seems smaller and it’s like one slice of turkey it like a veggie sandwich but I ordered a club Luna. It’s not worth the price

I have been here twice in the last month and both times an older and very disinterested woman was working and BOTH times this location was out of lettace for the lettace wraps. I will no longer be trying to order from here and will just add a few more miles on my car and drive to the Sashabaw location.
