My experience at this location was unlike any other that I know. A few nights ago, my friend and I came to this store with the pure intention to study and do our college coursework. We order food on the kiosks before we sat down, and our food came out quickly. The speed was not the best part about the food. The first thing I received was my strawberry refresca beverage. It was EXTREMELY flavourful! From all of the stores near me, their refresca tastes like 95% water and just a tad of flavour. This was not the case at this store. When I got my food, the first thing that I noticed was that the fries were actually HOT. I have NEVER gotten HOT let alone WARM fries from any other taco bell that I have been to. They've always either been room temperature or cold. Never have they been hot. I also ordered two cups of the creamy garlic sauce, and they were filled so full that the lid had some sauce on it. This is a rare occurrence at the locations near me; the sauce cups are typically filled only in the bottom quarter.
Besides the food itself, the customer service was certainly amazing. The employees were professional, but also friendly with us. They mildly joked around with us, but also treated us in a very respectful manner.
Also, it was evident that cleanliness was a priority in this store. The lobby was very clean, and we were at this store until almost 10 or 11 pm. The only mess in the lobby was a few straw wrappers on the floor. The bathrooms were beautiful. They looked as if they had just been cleaned, which is possible, but I assumed they hadn't been considering the time of night.

Ordered the discovery luxe box and a grilled cheese burrito. The burrito that comes with the box had hardly any of the ingredients that go in it, it was basically a hollow shell. The the two street tacos were alright, but I have to assume they were pre-made and shipped frozen to the store. My grilled cheese burrito was also very empty and was missing the grilled cheese. Waste of money going here in the evening, honestly. I dont pay nearly $7 for a single burrito for it to be a hollow shell. They also would have forgotten my drink if didn't remind them.
