- BYBecca YoungDec 15, 20251.0I would give zero starts if possible. I ordered 5 footlongs for my large family in the app, it came to $51 and some change. I show up to get my order and the restaurant was closed, lights off, no one there. I asked a neighboring restaurant in the food court if maybe they would reopen as it was only about 7pm and was told the closed quite a while before I got there and it was something they did regularly. I contacted support, gave them all of the information they asked for and was never responded to again. It has been well over a month and the just took my $51 🤷🏻♀️ with no care in the world. I will NEVER return and tell EVERYONE about how shady subway is.

Also, the sandwich maker put as few vegetables on my sandwich as possible. This is the worst subway sandwich I have ever eaten, and the gates crossing mall subway shop should be ashamed for the product they put out today. Do not recommend.

Here on a early Monday, not busy, ordered on the App. Waited 20mins, went to counter to pick up because it says it's ready and had to wait another 20mins because they hadn't even started my sandwich! After all that waiting, the sub was wrong. I will never ever return to another subway. 10/10 do not recommend!
