  I would give zero starts if possible. I ordered 5 footlongs for my large family in the app, it came to $51 and some change. I show up to get my order and the restaurant was closed, lights off, no one there. I asked a neighboring restaurant in the food court if maybe they would reopen as it was only about 7pm and was told the closed quite a while before I got there and it was something they did regularly. I contacted support, gave them all of the information they asked for and was never responded to again. It has been well over a month and the just took my $51 🤷🏻‍♀️ with no care in the world. I will NEVER return and tell EVERYONE about how shady subway is.

  The worker was very kind, but my sub wasnt good, the bread tasted and looked raw somehow, he gave me like 3 little pieces of green onion and drenched my sandwich in honey mustard.

  Tldr: Manager messed up order and was rude to me because I wanted new subs that she offered to make Ordered Subs from here through the mobile app and was missing toppings. Not a problem these things happen. I took half a sub to show them there were missing toppings and the manager asked if I would like new subs so I said sure and then she told me "you want new subs but only brought half a sub" in a very rude manner then went off to make them. And I said to the other employee and another customer at the counter there's no reason to talk like that to a customer who had a wrong order; like im supposed to know I need to bring the subs back and on top of that they go in the garbage when you return them. The other employee told me she's stressed and I said still there's no reason to act like that. this is a big fast paced food court not mommy's ice cream store. Won't be ordering here again was going to contact corporate and make a complaint but I will be the bigger person and settle for a 1 star review.
