  My husband gave a review last week after we sat for over an hour only to be told we still had a long wait ahead of us, we were told a manager was going to come and they never did. No food ever arrived. After my husbands review they commented asking my husband to spend more of his time emailing them with all the details and to include his email and phone number, after he did he’s never heard anything. Not even an apology for how we were treated. And then ghosted after asking him to write a detailed email. What a poorly ran business.

  Was very upset about my food. Ordered a steak meal, burger, and kids meal. Ordered my burger well done, as I cant have underdone meat while pregnant. When the burger came out, it was literally rare. They said they didnt understand how it happened. But they did not temp the product before leaving the kitchen. It was lukewarm and red inside. I asked for a new burger, and it didnt come out until everyone else was already done eating. When it finally came, it was hard as a rock (like they purposely overcooked it) Very upset. Nobody took care of the issue for us. Just given my bill. Won't return again.

  Had a great visit taking our son for the first time as well as my and his moms first time in over 15 years and it’s just as good as we could remember. Laura helped us out with adult drinks by rinsing our souvenir cups that come with the special drinks for us after getting us all the take home containers we needed. A great time in such a dangerous forest of rain thanks to our guide Laura helping us through the brush full of maneaters active from the storms.

  Our server Haley was amazing! The service here has always been on point. The atmosphere is always fun. But the food has been really bad. One visit my daughter age 9 ordered the child steak tips. They were so hard and dry I couldn’t cut them. Another visit I ordered the Hamburger, the meat was dry and tasted weird I couldn’t eat it. The last time I was there I order the plate with the fish, shrimp and something else, I think the fish trio?? The rice was so hard it crunched in my mouth. The shrimp was good because I smothered it in the sauce (which is good) my fish was so so. I was not impressed with the meal at all. The prices paid for these things should mean your food will be tasty and cooked right! I have had multiple pastas and only one was great and they took it off the menu. I also don’t like how ordering a drink they give you the glass which makes your drink expensive. How about making that an add on option? The toy store is cool and so are the fish tanks. If this place can get the food right it would deserve 5 stars.

  Awful restaurant, we took our 12 month old daughter here with our friends and their daughter… after waiting over an hour for our food we told the waitress we would like to get our food to go. She apologized for the delay and told us she was going to check on our food and get the manager. 70 minutes into our dining experience she came back and said we still have quiet a few tickets a head of us which seemed wild considering my wife and I were sharing nachos and our daughter was getting quesadillas We asked if we could just pay for our drinks leave which the waitress wasn’t sure about so we waited for her to report back that we could pay $13 per beer with zero apology from her and the manager never approach us although I’m sure he confirmed the ordered food My wife is 7 months pregnant and my 1 year old daughter had to drive 40 minutes home with no food Terrible experience and awful management
