I had a wonderful pre-Thanksgiving dinner here. The restaurant offers excellent food and a unique dining experience surrounded by a beautiful jungle-themed environment, which my grandkids really enjoyed. The service is outstanding, and the manager on duty, Will, is exceptional courteous and attentive to customers. I highly recommend this restaurant for family gathering.

This place is terrible! We were so excited that we drove almost an hour to get here to celebrate my daughter's birthday.. The animatronics were lackluster and barely moved, and when the thunderstorms went off there was no water sounds. You could barely tell. We got our food, Which was extremely overpriced, bland and cold after waiting for nearly an hour and they weren't busy. I cracked my taco salad and took a bite and the meat was freezing cold and I told the waitress I was not going to eat this.It was gross, all they did was take 10% off my bill. This on top of the fact the fried food tasted like shrimp and being as I have an allergy I asked about them being cooked in separate vats , and they had no clue. It did not Make me feel comfortable eating there. But the food was gross so it didn't matter anyway. The manager never even showed her face to come speak to us. I did not eat the meal yet. They still made me pay for it! The waitress was not friendly either. I wouldn't never go back to this place!! NOT WORTH IT!!

We bring the grandkids to Rainforest Cafe once a month, usually good service and food. Unfortunately very bad experience today. My granddaughter is 2 months old sleeping in stroller, we were told that we have to wake her and get her out, no strollers allowed inside. My daughter had to hold her the whole entire time we ate. I asked for a server after 15 minutes of waiting, when my 2 years old grandson was getting edgy. It was 11.45 am, not busy at all, I informed the waitress that we are Landry members and we have a promotion for kids eat free. My daughter and I ordered fish and chips. Both meals were horrible, fish way overcooked, coleslaw, both warm and tasted rancid. We ordered 2 pops that we paid $4.95 each and we were never asked for refills.
We did get charged for the child meal, by some Christopher guy, that I never saw, but because it's so dark I didn't notice the incorrect charge until after I paid the bill. Overall, very bad experience.

This is literally my new favorite restaurant! I travel to Michigan often, and I'm now going to make it a point to come here for lunch every single time. It's so awesome, I even had to bring my mom back to show her!
A huge shout out to Genevieve who helped me so much on my first solo visit—she made the experience awesome! On my second visit with my mom, London helped me, and he made the experience super awesome too. He was a lifesaver when I spilled my drink everywhere, hooking me up with a new one no questions asked! 😄
The incredible staff and fun atmosphere make this place amazing. I LOVE YOU RAINFOREST CAFÉ!!!! 😍 💋

While on my trip to the falls, we made sure to go to the rainforest cafe. walking in, you are overwhelmed with excitement from the scenery and the nature ambiance. it was a busy night, so we had to wait- no problem because there an arcade AYEEEEE GET EEADY FOR SKEE(Z)-BALL !!!!!!!!!!! we were so thankful and so thrilled to have the privilege to be sat in the elephant section.🐘🐘🐘was happily shocked about every ten minutes or so there was a light show and the elephants moved and made their noises 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 the culinary masterminds in the back of the house- perfectly crafted a delicious meal. the drinks were as exotic as the animals and to our surprise they had SOUVENIR CUPS🥳🥳🥳🤩🤩🤩🤩 (who woulda thought🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️) (not us) so happy these still exist- they will never die🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟😝😝will be back for the cheese curds.
