- JJJackieFeb 20, 20261.0Very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s location. The staff was extremely rude during our visit. When we asked for a cup of ranch, we were told it would be $0.75. That was surprising, but we paid. Then when we asked for mayo, we were first told they didn’t have it. When I went to ask again, I was told it’s also $0.75 for one packet of mayo and that it has “always been like that.” I come here regularly and have never been charged before. What was even more concerning was that we were not given a receipt for the ranch, and the charge did not appear to be entered into the system. The employee took the cash and appeared to place it in her pocket before walking away. On top of that, her tone and facial expressions were very dismissive and unprofessional. This isn’t about the mayo or the ranch it’s about transparency, consistency, and respectful customer service.
