When we asked for a second dipping sauce we were informed we already asked for one. Numerous workers seen us and walked past us before helping us. All the workers act like they’re miserable and want nothing to do with helping the customer. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s and won’t consider stopping here again.

I got 2 biscuits with egg and ordered 2 muffins with cheese and sausage. Was also were handed 2 coffees without a tray and when asked for a tray, there was a look of utter confusion. They couldn't even make a soft serve correctly, the ice cream on the cone came out hanging over the top - looked like a smashed Christmas tree. I'm done with this location. And why is the response from "owner" ( let's be real here) always deferring reviewers to a link?? Luckily, we have many other options close on Brown Rd. Both Culver's and Arby's have always had excellent customer service and accuracy.
