The cone had to be the smallest I have ever received at a McDonald's restaurant ever. While I realize that it was FREE, that does not mean it should be any smaller than the regular cone I pay for. However, my biggest complaint is with the "over baked" apple pie. I was only able to eat approximately half of it as I could not chew through the item. It likely should have been tossed out some time prior to it being served to me. Lastly, I had to prompt the person to speak and then I had to repeat my 4-character mobile code at least twice. Please note, I was the ONLY vehicle in line... so it's not like another order was being checked in, etc. From the service to the quality of food to the TWO attempts to call the restaurant to complain that were not answered, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my visit. I strongly do NOT recommend this location for dessert or even moderate level customer service.
