I had a very disappointing experience today with Jimmy John's. I placed an order for two sandwiches around 2:50 PM for delivery. The order was sent through Uber Eats, but it was never delivered, even by 4:00 PM. In the Uber Eats app, the status was showing “Not Delivered.” When I called the store, the manager told me their system showed the order as delivered, even though I never received anything. I used 1250 rewards points (worth $10) from the JJ app for one of the sandwiches. They only refunded me for one sandwich and did not restore my rewards points. I was also told that the regional manager denied issuing a full refund. This is extremely frustrating. I lost my rewards points and did not receive my food. I ended up hungry and very disappointed with the service and lack of resolution. I hope management reviews this situation and makes it right. Customers should not lose their money and rewards due to delivery errors.

Avoid this store at all cost. Horrible service . I said the price shouldn’t be that because I order Jimmy John’s frequently. They said it went up . I look at the board and did the math and it still wasn’t adding up. They have huge sign that says combo for a $1 which I pointed at while ordering. They claim you have to ask to get that price. Never had that happen at any other location. Then when I get my sandwich I said I don’t get a bag or a cup or napkins. They say I can get it myself. I might as well made my own sandwich to. I shouldn’t have to reach across in your work station to get anything. Your employees have an horrible attitude problem. Never never again. And I’m calling corporate because this place need a new manager and trainer . Also I’ll be calling the health department bc the bathroom water doesn’t get hot it was ice cold. How you washing your dirty hands after the bathroom. Learn to treat customers with basic human respect instead of we a burden. Never eat here go else where

So stupid you cant have your sub extra toasted or bread taken out and toasted....... all because its a franchise owned. If it was corporate owned you so can!!!!! Crazy how they are willing to lose a customer ober not taking bread out and toasting it. Oh and you cant get extra toasted!! Update- crazy I was able to go to a different Jimmy John's and get what I requested!

My experience almost 2 weeks ago was absolutely unbelievable. I reached out to corporate as to avoid writing a review and perhaps talk to the owners of this location about my experience, my humiliating experience with two of their employees but as of yet nothing from this location’s owners (I’m not surprised honestly) . I walked in and maybe things have changed but I walked past the cash register and down to the end to order my sandwich which I was met with a ugly look from a typical Gen Z female that clearly hates her life, lacks any customer service or communication skills as she glared at me and asked what I wanted (?) or what I was doing (?) and I said what sandwich I wanted and she snapped “you have to pay for it FIRST!!!” 😳 I looked at her startled and said “oh” and as I said that the grossly obese clearly diabetic man cutting meat at the meat slicer behind her laughed so loud at my ignorance for by passing the register to order there, he laughed so loud as if it was the funniest thing he saw in a long time . Literally every person sitting and eating stopped and looked at the woman who screwed up and tried to order at the end of the counter (I work on the west side and I swear my location you ordered at the end of the counter and then paid , maybe I’m mistaken) To say I was humiliated was an understatement. I’m a business owner in Farmington and can’t imagine me or an employee laughing at a client/customer like this . When I walked up to the register the older woman tried taking my order but I was literally shell shocked at the humiliation I just went through so I asked her a few times “why was he laughing at me ???” She finally turned to him and said “she wants to know why you were laughing?” He waddled over and tried apologizing but it honestly wasn’t sincere and I told him how embarrassing that was. He had the balls to say after I said I’m not going to order anything and just going to leave , he said with a straight face “I hope you come back” 😳🫨🫨🤦🏻‍♀️ so I screw up and get humiliated again? Really??? I told him I’d never be back . I think he said something ignorant after that as to try to cover for his behavior. If the owners want to talk to me corporate has my contact info as I filed a formal complaint after leaving. Watch the cameras on that Monday the 17th in the afternoon . As a business owner I would be HORRIFIED if my employees laughed and humiliated a customer… bad experiences travel faster then good experiences as we know .
