  Horrible never order for them myself and coworkers placed an order at 10:30am soon as the store opened for a 12pm delivery for our lunch break food was not here on time. We have called and complained 3 times about the order still not arriving by 1pm we called to cancel because the food still never arrived the manager say they are short drivers and using a 3rd party service. This is unacceptable and I’m very upset I spoke with the female/ male supervisor and they had no sympathy besides saying they are sorry the drivers are short. That should’ve been the first thing said before an order be placed waiting two hours and still not receiving my order is just down right ridiculous.

  Ordered at 10:30 am for 12:00 delivery of 3 subs and 12: 00 came and went, called twice, break over, 12:30, still no sub... I guess give them over 3 hour advance of time needed, one star was one to many..as far as delivery. Update, 1:06 pm... no subs, canceled order. Good luck to anyone getting delivery today. Sticking with Guideos

  Since they started dosing their sandwiches, I think that was a game changer. Good food, fast convenient.

  Drive through goes out of their way to ask you for a tip. I say no. Drive through guy goes away and comes back to confirm what sub I had ordered. I tell him my order again. Sure enough im eating my sub and there is hair in it. No other drive thru ever verbally and directly asks for a tip. Why does this place?
