I WILL BE THERE TOMORROW AFTERNOON TO GET A REFUND and I would love to talk to hr bc this is unprofessional also I called an additional 4 times trying to get a refund and she hung up all 4 times without saying hello or anything

I was standing on the counter for 15 minutes no one bothered to ask anything even though there were 5 people was working. My order was not ready and the app tracker was saying it’s ready for pick up. They always mess up my order. Never fallow the request on the order. They are closer to my home that’s the only reason I have to go. If I have any other option I would not go back here again.
