Waited 10 minutes at the counter and nobody showed up. No bell, nothing to alert someone that I was waiting. Heard someone in the back doing dishes and said “hello?” Loudly, multiple times. No answer. I work in the mall and wasted a third of my break just to stand there, waiting. Terrible service. Do better.

New year eve, stopped by before 5:50 pm to buy kids ice cream. The store was opened but nobody there to attend customers, not even a ‘closed’ sign. After waiting for over 5 minutes and calling out for help a lady came out and told us with an impolite tone “we are closed” and quickly left. I took my business next door (Round 1 arcade) and bought us 3 huge ice creams for only 6 bucks (much cheaper than DQ). Please learn how to treat ex-loyal customers with respect. A little empathy goes a long way. An example that you can use for future training: “excuse me sir, we just closed a bit early today as we run out of supplies and I did not have a sign to put up, enjoy your day!”
