In doing so, I paid ~$10 to customize my items (seeing the option) and was told after payment that they didn’t have any of it. They also didn’t give me a receipt so I could show them that they owe me a partial refund. Waited 20 minutes for the main food to be ready, when they handed me my fries and mozzarella sticks right away. Meaning they were cold and soggy by the time my sandwiches were ready. No straws, no ice in my beverages. I watched a worker (with gloves on) touch another worker and use the same gloves to cook. Yall are messed up bad at this location…uses to be good.
