One time I got my food, but had to wait 15 extra minutes until I was able to flag someone to get my drink. Employees are always rude and I've even seen/heard them argue with customers. This time I had ordered ranch for the cheese sticks and I got bleu cheese that smells terrible, is separated, and almost looks like it should have been Italian dressing for how discolored it was. Not sure if they made sure it was refrigerated or not. The cheese sticks and sandwich were still good.
