Just picked up an order my coffee was not even filled to the top of my cup. The sandwich that I ordered was not even the right sandwich and I checked the receipt and it clearly stated what it was supposed to be. The other part of my order was completely cold so I don’t know how long that was sitting there. I hate to complain about food, especially but it’s just getting to the point why bother going out to eat anything quick it’s better to be made at home. Save your money save your grief. These people don’t care at these restaurants.

My third time stopping to purchase frozen mocha and they say the machine broken. I don't know why they're open. That's 2 weeks

I am a regular at this Dunkin and have never had any issues! I mobile order here more than I would like to admit… but it has always been consistent. John is awesome, friendly, and fast! And if they are ever out of something, he tries his best to substitute as close to the item they are missing as possible. I love this location!

My day started with wanting a coffee like I do every Thursday. I go to Dunkin as I love my Signature Iced coffee carmel craze. But today was different. Sadly the store ran out of carmel! I got a bit bummed out for a bit. I asked if the Moacha coca was good but the window worker asked me instead if I liked bananas. I wasnt sure where this was going at first and I said yes I actually love bananas. He started talking about cold foam and I cut him off stating dealers choice. Make it good and make it a large and we both laughed and another coworker chimmed in and said "You're trusting him with your order?!" I couldn't stop laughing. I pulled up and didn't have to wait very long. And got a iced cloud latte, banana cold foam, banana syrup 4 pumps, and milk. Let me tell you it was ASTOUNDING! I will definitely have to come back and do that again! Thank you so much Dunkin Donuts team for making my day a bit better and making an amazing off the menu drink. Keep doing what your doing and making people smile.

Usually this Dunkin’ is pretty reliable for my morning coffee, but the last two times haven’t been great. On Monday, I ordered an iced coffee with 3 butter pecan, 2 cream, and 2 Splenda, and it only had 2 pumps of butter pecan. Not a huge deal—things happen.
But this morning was way more frustrating. I went around 7 a.m., and even with only three cars ahead of me, the line took about 20 minutes. I ordered the same drink, and they even asked how many pumps of butter pecan and I said 3. I ended up leaving without trying it because I was running late after that long and unusual wait
When I finally tasted it, it had no sweetener or flavor, just cream. The label on the cup even said 3 butter pecan, 2 cream, and 2 Splenda, which makes it more confusing.
I normally wouldn’t leave a negative review, but I worked at Dunkin’ for over two years, so I know a simple drink like this is easy to get right. If I’m waiting 20 minutes for one coffee, I at least expect it to be correct.
I also tried to request a refund through the app, but the location wouldn’t show up to submit a complaint. Hopefully this location can get things back on track, because this was honestly really frustrating.
